Among the items that got the ax are the beloved Biscoff McFlurry and the Chicken Big Mac.

Not only that, but the limited edition Biscoff Frappe also ends after just six weeks.

Fans of the iconic Quarter Pounder burger will be gutted to learn that the deluxe version is also being recalled.

Not only that, but the Galaxy Caramel Pie, which first hit the menu last December, is also on its way out, as is the Galaxy Chocolate McFlurry.

Cheese and herb melts will also be available until the end of the day.

The new and returning items hit menus in the UK and Ireland on 17 April.

These foods were only to be available for six weeks as part of the regular menu.

If you want to try them, you have until your local restaurants close to pick them up.

The Biscoff Frappe costs £2.99 and has a vanilla flavor base mixed with ice and Biscoff crumble.

One customer recently described the flavor as an “absolute game changer,” while another said it was “top notch.”

It’s a twist on the classic Maccies Big Mac with a three-layer bun, two chicken patties, a slice of cheese, lettuce, pickles – and of course Big Mac sauce.

The burger costs £4.69 per person and £6.49 for the meal.

Elsewhere, the new cheese and herb melts are made with a mixture of emmental and mozzarella cheese in breadcrumbs with herbs and tomato dip.

What is added to the menus?

Starting tomorrow, fans will be able to pick up a new burger, a Skittles McFlurry and a returning iced latte.

From May 29, a new burger named Hat Trick will also be added to the menus.

The burger holds three beef patties, two slices of cheese, grilled onions, mustard and ketchup covered in a glazed sesame bun.

It will be available to buy in McDonald’s restaurants for £5.89 as a single item and £7.69 as part of a medium meal with a drink and side.

Among the seven other items added to the menu is fan-favorite mozzarella.

Each bite has a gooey cheesy center covered in a crunchy glaze and served with a rich tomato dip.

You’ll be able to snag them in restaurants for £2.39.

Chicken selection fans will be delighted to know that for the first time they will be able to purchase a box of nine for £8.49.

The chain is also adding a chicken sharebox to its menu, which comes with six chicken selections, 12 chicken nuggets and four dips.

Foodies will be interested in the new Skittle McFlurry with a £2.19 menu.

The pudding combines soft-serve churned milk ice cream with chewy Skittles fondue pieces and sweet pearls, topped with purple Skittles-flavored sauce.

The fast-food chain also confirmed that a trio of new Selects dips are coming to the menu and two more are definitely leaving.

Chicken Selects can now be served with the new and improved Garlic Mayonnaise and Sweet and Smoke BBQ, as well as the already popular Sweet Chilli.

That means fans will have to say goodbye to sour cream and chive dip, as well as Smoky BBQ dip.

How to save money at McDonald’s

You might not think so, but you could end up paying more just based on the McDonald’s restaurant you choose.

The Sun found that a Big Mac meal can be up to 30p cheaper in restaurants just two miles apart.

In the meantime, you can pick up a Big Mac and fries for just £2.99 by filling in the feedback questionnaire found on any old McDonald’s receipt.

The receipt should include a 12-digit code that you can enter on the Food for Thought website along with your submitted survey.

You will then receive a five digit code which is your voucher for the £2.99 offer.

Make sure you check out all the different apps and platforms if you’re ordering McDonald’s to your home as well.

Our research found that some can charge up to £1.20 more than others.
